Izzio Artisan Bakery, the US-based wholesale bread producer, has opened a new 150,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Thornton (CO) to meet rising national demand for sourdough products. The expansion increases the company’s total production footprint to more than 250,000 sq ft across two plants, including its existing site in Louisville.
