Industrias Bachoco

Mexican leading poultry processor, Industrias Bachoco has announced the acquisition of RYC Alimentos, a multi-protein meat processor, and distributor. The deal includes two processing facilities and around 21 stores located in four states of the Mexican Republic. Founded in 1983, RYC is a market leader in the meat industry, distributing premium quality food products in Mexico and part of the United States with a workforce of more than 900 employees. …
