Guenther and Son has announced that it is set to acquire three Canada bakeries. Guenther and Son Inc , the Texas-based manufacturer of flour and other baking goods, is due to acquire a set of bakeries currently owned by Rene Fluri – Gold West Baking Company, Gizella Pastry and Les Boulangeries Rene.
