Grupo Vall Companys

Spain-based meat processor Grupo Vall Companys has closed a deal to buy 75% of local poultry firm Grupo Sada from Netherlands agri-food business Nutreco. According to sources, Grupo Sada has a total of five plants in Spain and supplies poultry products to retailers and the foodservice sector.
