Grupo Palacios

Spanish-based foods business Grupo Palacios has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Rhokett, a chilled dessert supplier, for an undisclosed sum. Founded in 2002, Rhokett offers a wide range of hand-finished cheesecakes and other desserts from three production facilities. Grupo Palacios sells meat products, refrigerated pizzas, ready-made tortillas, prepared dishes, and desserts to more than 40 countries.
