Grupo Ku

Herdes del Fuerte, a joint venture between Grupo Herdez and Mexican conglomerate Grupo Ku, has announced the acquisition of Interdeli and Deli, Dips & Snacks companies. According to sources, Herdes del Fuerte purchased the business for MXN $587 million ($29.4 million).
