Nestle, the FMCG multinational, has announced that it is rearranging its confectionery business in Italy, including the sale of six of its brands to the Italian-based sweets firm Fida. The brands changing hands are Rosanna, Fondenti, Glacia, Fruttallegre, Lemoncella and Spicchi.
