Empresas Carozzi

Chilean FMCG manufacturer Empresas Carozzi has entered an agreement to acquire ice cream firm Lecherias Loncomilla. Lecherias Loncomilla, owner of the San Francisco ice-cream brand in Chile, was founded in 1975 and produces frozen desserts that supply the retail channel.
