Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group), an Indian conglomerate, has announced the acquisition of The Good Stuff, owner of confectionery brand LuvIt, for an undisclosed amount. Indian conglomerate Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group) has announced plans to open five new production units as part of an investment plan totalling around Rs 200 crore ($31 million) over the next three years.
