French spirits firm Remy-Cointreau has announced that it has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire Domaine des Hautes Glaces, a distiller of single malt whiskies, with a view to acquiring its entire share capital. Created in 2009, Domaine des Hautes Glaces produces single malt whiskies from the Trieves Mountains, an area located in the French Alps at an altitude of 900m altitude.
