Canadian dairy manufacturers Lait Kaiser and Cult Yogourt have agreed to acquire Chagnon Dairy, an independent creamery and milk brand in Quebec, Canada. Chagnon produces over 4 million litres of fluid milk, butter, ice cream and other dairy products.
