Melitta, the leading German manufacturer of coffee, coffee makers and coffee accessories, has announced the acquisition of the Italian household goods firm Cuki Group. Based in Volpiano, near Turin, Cuki Group is the parent company of Cuki Cofresco, the Italian market leader in food storage and refuse bags.
