US holding company HumanCo has announced the acquisition of majority stake at Coconut Bliss, a plant-based ice cream producer for an undisclosed sum. Founded in 2005, Coconut Bliss is an Oregon-based company dedicated to manufacturing dairy-free, vegan and organic ice cream pints, bars and sandwiches.
