German manufacturer CFP Brands has launched a new line of rice crackers under the Nature Addicts brand, according to a report in Lebensmittelzeitung. Claimed to be “a new generation of savoury snack” and “a perfect combination of flavour and lightness’, the rice crackers are made from 95% jasmine rice and are described as gluten-free and baked rather than fried.
