Lancashire based cheesemaker Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses has announced the purchase of Parlick, a brand from dairy firm Singletons & Co. According to sources, the Parlick brand had ceased trading since September this year and the deal enabled the Parlick’s products to remain stocked without any break in the supply to retailers like Sainsbury’s and Waitrose.
