Biscuits Bouvard

The French biscuit firm Bouvard group has announced the acquisition of Belgian pastry manufacturer Pidy. Pidy, which turns over €40 million ($44 million) annually, specializes in the “ready to fill” niche market, offering both sweet and savoury product varieties.
