Binderer

Les Grands Chais de France, France’s leading private winemaker, is to acquire German wine group Binderer, according to a report in WeinWirtschaft. The deal is said to include Binderer St. Ursula Weinkellerei and the Hungarian group Danubiana, as well as subsidiaries St Rochusberg Weinhandels, Torre Giacomol and Binderer Wine Select.
