Florette, the French salad vegetable firm, has acquired leading UK beetroot supplier Axgro Foods as it looks to expand its product portfolio. Axgro Foods produces cooked, pickled and flavoured beetroot products both under the Lincolnshire Beetroot Company brand and for private label.
