Brazilian cheese manufacture Ultracheese, owned by the private equity fund Aqua Capital, has announced the acquisition of Bufalo Dourado for an undisclosed sum. Based in Sao Paulo, Bufalo Dourado is a producer of premium cheese and other dairy products made from buffalo milk.
