Gabit, the Indian health technology and longevity startup, has expanded its wellness ecosystem into the nutrition sector through the acquisition of Swedish brand Nack for an undisclosed sum.
The deal allows Gurugram-based Gabit, which is best known for its titanium smart ring that monitors more than 150 health markers, to integrate Nack’s science-led supplement portfolio into its existing “full-stack” platform. By adding Nack’s clean-label products, which include multivitamins and plant-based proteins, Gabit aims to create a ‘closed-loop’ system where users can measure the direct impact of nutritional intake on real-time health data.
Gabit founder Gaurav Gupta stated: “This acquisition is a natural next step, because the impact of what you put into your body should be just as measurable as how you move, sleep, recover, and live. When supplements, diagnostics, and continuous tracking come together, health stops being vague and starts becoming measurable”.
Nack, which follows a “naked wellness” philosophy, provides products that are claimed to be tested against over 250 banned substances and carry Informed Choice certification.
