Netherlands: IK Investment Partners to sell Signature Foods

IK Investment Partners has announced the sale of Signature Foods to Pamplona Capital Management for an undisclosed sum.

Headquartered in the Netherlands, Signature Foods is a branded and private label food franchise in the chilled categories of spreads and dips, bites and tapas, and meal solutions with a portfolio of brands including Johma, Delio, Hamal, and Heks’nkaas. Signature Foods employs over 600 people across its seven production facilities in Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Poland.

Erik Bras, CEO of Signature Foods, commented: “Over the last five years the Company has transformed substantially, as we acquired and launched new brands and products, invested substantially in our production capabilities and grew our footprint in Europe.
