The balsamic vinegar producer Midolini has collaborated with the chocolate brand Majani to create exclusive limited edition gluten-free chocolates for the festive season.
The dark chocolate pralines are filled with Asperum balsamic sauce and are available in small boxes of 4 pralines (36g) and in bags of 100 and 200 grams.
Commenting on the launch, Midolini spokesperson Gloria Midolini said: “We believe it is important to recognise the huge proportion of the market represented by gluten intolerance and offer them products that both look and tate good. Our balsamic sauce, together with the prized Majani chocolate, have combined in a partnership that brings together two regions with a rich history in food and beverage excellence”.
