Nature’s Path, an organic breakfast and snack food company, has acquired a majority stake in Anita’s Organic Mill, a producer of organic flours and baking products.
Founded in 1997, Anita’s Organic Mill is said to be one of the most respected millers and manufacturers of organic whole grain flours in Canada, sourcing organic grains from local farmers. Its product range includes whole grain and sprouted flours, cereals, flour blends, mixes and gluten-free baking ingredients.
