USA: Heaven Hill to acquire Samson & Surrey

Heaven Hill, a large, independent, family-owned, and operated distilled spirits supplier, has acquired Samson & Surrey a premium spirits company, owner of a wide portfolio of craft whiskey brands for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition expands Heaven Hill’s portfolio with six high-growth, super-premium brands, Tequila Ocho, Widow Jane American Whiskey, FEW Spirits, Brenne French Whisky, Bluecoat Gin and Mezcal Vago, and facilities.
