USA: TruFood to acquire Simply Natural Foods

Snack food manufacturer TruFood has announced the acquisition of Simply Natural Foods for an undisclosed sum.

With 200 employees, Simply Natural Foods is a producer of nutrition and better-for-you products, such as chocolate, nutritional bars, and peanut butter cups.
