Netherlands: Kennemervis Groep to acquire Bobeldijk Food Group

Kennemervis Groep, Netherlands-based fish processing company, has announced the acquisition of Bobeldijk Food Group, for an undisclosed sum.

Based in Netherlands, Bobeldijk Food Group is a manufacturer of vegetarian and vegan products, owner of the plant-based meat alternatives brand Vegafit.

According to sources, the acquisition will support the growth of Bobeldijk Food Group’s presence in the plant-based product market.
