US-based condiments manufacturer Sauer Brands has announced the acquisition of Chicago Custom Foods from private investment firm Highlander Partners for an undisclosed sum.
Founded two decades ago, Chicago Custom Foods is a producer of branded seasonings whose portfolio includes Kernel Season and Tasty Shake.
